Larry Hausman was born and raised in the Highlands of Louisville, in a traditional pro-life Democrat family and is the oldest of six children. He attended Saint Agnes Grade School and Saint Xavier High School. Larry Graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans in three years, where he received a degree in Finance and Management. He has also done graduate work in law and business.
Larry has been married to Kathleen Burke Hausman for seven years.
In 1989, Larry started his first business and has been self-employed since then. Currently he works in investment real estate and is a comprehensive financial advisor. He also holds the highly respected CCIM, an advanced designation in commercial and investment real estate.
Twenty years of being a small businessperson has given Larry a keen and practical understanding of finance and economics. Empowering people with good jobs and the ability to create wealth through entrepreneurship, lower taxes and less intrusive government should be our nation’s focus, not creating an environment for further dependence on big government.
Larry looks forward to helping restore the Constitution, balancing the budget and bringing common sense business practices to the U.S. House of Representatives.
